Responsible for food preparation and final preparation of all hot/cold items, while working efficiently and following all procedures for producing quality food according to supervisor's directions, as well as following safety, GMP and quality procedures.
Responsible for removing food debris, soaking, washing, all pots, pans, dishes and glassware in the kitchen, while working efficiently and following all procedures according to supervisor's directions, as well as following safety, GMP and quality procedures.
Food and Beverage
The Banquet Captain is accountable for the overall success of the Banquets/Events department by working directly with the Clubhouse Manager in team motivation while personally assisting in providing high quality service based on requirements and standards.
The responsibility of a Bartender is to interact with members and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the club. Bartenders are responsible for positive member interactions while accurately mixing and serving refreshing beverages to members and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
The responsibility of the Server is to serve the Membership by providing exceptional kitchen to dining service while maintaining the dining ambiance.
Set and clean dining room tables before, during and after meal service. Assists servers in their set-up service and clean-up tasks. Completes opening duties and end of shift duties on a daily basis.
Assistant Golf Professional - Seasonal
Assists Head Golf Professional with all golf related activities and duties including instruction, merchandising, ranger on-course pace of play, cart and personnel management responsibilities.
Assists Facilities Manager with general maintenance, painting and other duties as designated.
We will also be hiring seasonal staff for our poolside cafe, servers and cooks, lifeguards, and outside golf operations.
